I am Evelin, and I am a Bilingual Pre-Primary I teacher. I have been teaching at Greenway Crossing since 2017. I am married, and I have a one year-old boy, Meal, who attends the Toddler Class at Greenway Crossing. I have a BSN in Nursing, as well as a High School diploma with extended credentials in Pedagogy and a Teacher’s Assistant Diploma. I have also completed certifications in CPR, First Aid and SIDS. When I am not working, I like to spend time with my baby, bake, visit my family and read. I like the fact that the Greenway Crossing methodology teaches the children to be independent, because I consider it to be a key and essential tool in life. If they learn it from the beginning, they can do anything on their own and they form the mentality that nothing is impossible. We start with the smallest things, like mastering a spoon, buttons, or zippers, and end up with them washing dishes, clothes, and all kinds of things we never believed kids can do. I love to see how they actually can do everything on their own scale.
